Over the years I’ve dealt with technical support from many companies. The techsupport staff vary greatly in skill and capabilities, but that is to be expected. I just dealt with a very rude individual in a widely known software company. I could not believe the arrogance of the individual. Today I am writing a complaint letter to his manager, his manager’s manager, the VP of Techsupport and the CEO of the company.
To say that I’m unimpressed with this individual is… well, let’s just say it is highly disappointing as the techsupport of this particular company is normally very good.
